QNET is one of the leading direct selling companies in India. The company work based on a clear vision and ethic. It is accessible to everyone passionate about business. However, the very question of legitimacy arises because of the lack of awareness about direct selling. The direct selling business is often mistaken for fraudulent schemes. Many get-rich-quick schemes or investment schemes uses the name of direct selling to aid their illegal motives. Such activities create confusion in people, leading to misinterpretation of QNET direct selling.
What is QNET?

QNET India is a subsidiary of the QI groups of companies. The company now has a well-established network of direct sellers in India. QNET is an approved multi-level marketing company in more than one hundred countries. It has offices in 25 countries, and its headquarter is located in Hong Kong.
Since 2011, QNET has been the sub-franchisee of Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd. Vihaan is registered and operates under the Company Act, 1956. QNET, like several other direct selling companies in India, work based on the Direct Selling Guideline, 2016. QNET India has been the pioneer in making business open to everybody.
Is QNET legal in India?
As I mentioned above, QNET works under Direct Selling Guidelines, issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, 2016. It is a legitimate business run by thousands of direct sellers. However, the question of credibility arises when certain people use the company name and business opportunity out of greed. Such activities from a few had done the company so much dirt.
It is now QNETs utmost priority to ensure the direct sellers have a more comfortable space for work. The company uphold values such as honesty and genuineness in the business and advice every direct seller to follow the same path. As part of ensuring good business opportunities, the company have created a set of rules and regulations to prevent nefarious activities in the name of QNET. The thousands of people joining QNET does not go down, proving people still trust its business, and continue to profit from it, legally.
Is QNET good or bad?
A mistake from a single person can ruin the name of an entire business. There are millions of families depending on QNET, and it is their major source of income. Illegal or greedy activities of a few and false allegations did cause temporary despair in the business. However, QNET had successfully survived the false allegations with the truth and the Supreme Court judgment in favor of QNET.
From my personal experience, QNET is an excellent place to do direct selling business and earn a reasonable income. The profit from the business is directly connected to productivity. Meaning that to become a successful QNET direct seller, I should work hard, make strategies and get the work done efficiently. Direct selling is not an easy way to make money. I became successful as a QNET direct seller after a long time of hard work, patience and a well-crafted strategy.
Are QNET products good?

Before I joined QNET, my way of understanding any company was checking the quality of their products. QNET offers unique, high-quality products, and some of them are exclusively sold via direct sellers. Each of the direct sellers, including me, uses the products at home. QNET products are a complete package for a healthy lifestyle. The products are worth every single rupee a person spend. Buying the products opened a chance for me to become a businesswoman.
From wonderfully crafted jewelry collection to necessary home appliances, QNET has a wide range of products to offer. Not just the products, but also a business prospect that allows a direct seller to retail and make a profit.
Allegations against QNET business
The Supreme Court Judgement favoring Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd. proves that the allegations and cases against QNET are false. QNET operates under Vihaan and has the approval of the Government of India to carry out the business. The company follows every rule and regulation under the Direct Selling Guidelines 2016.
Fraudulent Schemes to avoid
People often misunderstand direct selling businesses for activities and schemes that try to steal people’s hard-earned money. To understand the difference between fraud schemes and legitimate business, a person needs knowledge about both.
Ponzi Scheme: An illegal investment scheme that takes money from people by offering a profit. This scheme will use new investors’ money to pay the old ones, eventually ending up cheating many investors. Direct selling is not an investment scheme. With QNET, you will join the company by buying the products and profit from product sales and network growth.
Pyramid Scheme: It is a scheme that adds new members or investors to a particular business. Each of the new members can add other members, so the number of investors increases. It is like a chain that grows as new investors join. The problem with pyramid schemes is that the pyramid is going to end at some point, leaving the recently joined investors profitless. Meaning the whole scheme is flawed and created to cheat people. However, direct selling is about retailing products and teamwork. A person joining the company is buying the products to enter. So, they are getting products in return for the money, and the profit comes from reselling them.
Get-rich-quick scheme: It refers to business opportunities that falsely claim a massive profit from a small investment. QNET direct selling would take time and much effort to receive a steady flow of income. Direct selling is not a get-rich-quick scheme, but it’s a business that requires hard work.
